Forgotten passcode

Lockfold has no passcode recovery service. If you cannot unlock the vault, use the erase option on the lock screen and type ERASE. This permanently deletes the vault so you can set it up again.

Importing and deleting originals

Importing copies items into Lockfold. Deleting an original from Photos or Contacts is always a separate action and uses Apple's own confirmation. If access is limited or denied, Lockfold reports that it could not remove the original.

Lockfold Pro

Open Settings › Lockfold Pro to restore a purchase or manage a subscription. Apple handles billing and refunds through your Apple Account.
